    Hi all,

I'm trying to tone my upper body and have a couple 5kg dubbells (:o I'm a weakass) that I use for 45mins a day doing chest, bicep/tricep exercises in conjunction with push ups/sit ups. I also do boxing classes for 1hour twice a week and a 5k every other day.

Basically am i better off ditching my dumbell and push ups/situps routine and getting a proper weights program in the gym? Would using the weight machines in the gym over my dumbell sets have a hugely substantial advantage with regards to toning up the upper body/arms? Thanks.
