How does this diet look for a typical day for someone on a clean bulk? I work out my maintenance calories to be 2150 before taking into account any exercise. On non weight training days, the only change would be to remove the 8a.m. post workout shake. I weight 164 lbs.

    06.00 a.m. 2 boiled eggs and a protein shake w’ water P (36), C (3.8), F (12.1) – 275 cal
06.30 a.m. 8 mile cycle with weights session Monday, Wednesday and Friday
    08.00 a.m. MP Recovery Evo P (23), C (49), F (0.7) – 295 cal
    08.30 a.m. 60g Oats w’ 200 ml semi skimmed milk P (13.4), C (46), F (8.2) – 320 cal
    11.30 a.m. 30g mixed nuts and orange (or other fruit) P (7), C (22.4), F (19.7) – 290 cal
    13.30 p.m. Tuna or Chicken and mixed vegetables P (16.7), C (8.4), F (6.8) – 160 cal
    15.30 p.m. 30g mixed nuts and orange (or other fruit) P (7), C (22.4), F (19.7) – 290 cal
    17.30 p.m. 8 mile cycle
    18.00 p.m. Oatcake w’ 40g Peanut Butter P (13.1), C (10.5), F (20) – 275 cal
    18.30 p.m. 2 Pork Loins, Vegetables and Potatoes P (54), C (41), F (20) – 575 cal
    19.30 p.m. 3 * Nairns Oat Biscuits P (2), C (19.5), F (5) – 130 cal
    21.30 p.m. Protein Shake w’ semi-skimmed milk - P (31), C (11.8), F (5.5) – 220 cal

    Totals:
    Protein: 203.2
    Carbs: 234.8
    Fats: 117.7
    Calories: 2830

Personally, I’m surprised at the amount of carbs but this will be greatly reduced without the post workout shake on non-training days. With daily changes in dinner, etc. the total will fluctuate by +/- 400 calories.

I don't know if your new bulking diet will work but I was trying to lean bulk for the last few months and got no where so now i am trying to do it 50/50 i.e dirty bulk and clean bulk. I mean I am having a treat every day to get calories in such as big slices of cholate cake, buns, muffins etc and I can happily say the weight is starting to increase for a change

I wouldn't worry about carbs, especially on a bulk diet. You want to add muscle right? Insulin is working for you then :). Pre-workout, after the overnight fast, you may want to add some carbs - this could give you more energy which will lead to higher weights -> more quality muscle.

10 meals a day - look like a bit overkill.
