    Hey Guys,

Just a heads up Andy Bolton will be giving a seminar this Saturday the 11th in Ironside Gym Blackrock Dublin. A few places left filling up fast so if anyone is interested pm me and I'll pass on the details of the guy organizing it.

Out of curiousity- how would a seminar like this work?

Could you give directions to this Ironside gym? I've been using the bluemoon gym in monkstown and it's pretty bad, wouldn't mind switching to a better one.

Taken directly from the email from Andy himself:

I will go through deadlift first explaining everything from form to programme design and will demonstrate everything as I go getting people involved also so I can correct other peoples form, then will cover everything about squat Inc how to use chains bands and then bench again how to use boards bands shirt everything will be covered in general also grip training and assistance work needed in helping the main 3 lifts ,also as we go questions about anything can be asked and answered nothing held back as long as everybody agrees.so in a nutshell will cover as much as they want me to,as I always say it's there seminar and the more input they give to better it will be for them.

Yeah, it really is great value - I've been at one day seminars charging twice that much ... And for people who have achieved far less than Andy Bolton.

This was great picked up things you just couldnt get online in training articles. If he is ever over again I would recommend anyone to jump at the chance at going.
