Bootcamp in Sandymount, which one to choose?

Hi, I'd like to join one of bootcamp clasess, I know there is good few of them on the Sandymount beach. Which one is the best? I'm looking to loose my weight is that going to help me?

I think most of them are free for first class so why not go along and see what one suits you best

I was running last night and saw two or three of them and they all looked reasonably similar. I also saw an outdoor yoga class which looked cool in the sun

I think forgetthegym.ie and bootcampireland.com do classes on sandymout and some friends have trained with davidmatthews.ie on sandymount but not sure he advertises a class or if it is word of mouth
