Fantasy College Football

I've never played it before but its definitely better than no Fantasy footie at all. I think cbssports.com and espn.com are the two best sites but I'm open to suggestions.

Its time to start getting things organised for this I think. It should be a lot of fun throughout the year even if the NFL does start. So if you are interested put your name down and we'll see what we can do depending on the amount of names we get.

Have took part in a college football fantasy league for a few years now on another forum(draft done on forum) It's very fun but if your gonna be drafting on the board here it will take time we started our draft 3rd May & still have 2 rounds left

I'm thinking that the cbssports.com league is the best one. What do others think.

Secondly should we go with the regular rules which I think is best or should we have a look at changing some rules? Reason I ask this is because you have to decide that before you even create a league. If we go with their rules then it saves any arguments about whats right or wrong because they are set in stone by cbs.

Being new to this, I dont mind what rules are in place.

Yeah CBS should be fine. Seeing as most of us are probably newbies to college FF i reckon the regular rules will be fine also

No idea why. Someone on the soccer forum noticed it about a week ago but I didn't see a reason as to why. It's a pity because he was a good poster on this forum too.

Tom_Brady will be back before the new season begins. He contacted me and told me that. We have 14 now. Unfortunately we cannot use the a regular CBS league as they allow only 10 teams so I've gone with the other option on CBS and will just leave the rules on default.

Ok all those who sent me their email addresses have been sent invites. If you can't find an invite I suggest you check your spam as that sometimes where they go if you have a strong filter. There are three people who have yet to send me their email addresses and I've waited a long time for them.

When setting up the league one of the things was what conferences to include or not include. I went with what they had ticked, same as with every screen which was offered to me. So we have their standard rules. The Mountain West and Sun Belt are two of the conferences not included. There are others too. I can go back and change anything if people are unhappy.

Anyways to those three who have not sent me their email addresses please do soon. Those people are...

So if somebody proposes something and it gets thanked by seven members it gets passed. I will not have a vote for these things to make that 13 votes and then 7 is a majority.

We can discuss the rules if anybody has a problem, same thing applies regarding thanks counting as a vote for a proposal to be passed.

Add all the D1 conferences. It will make it tough as fook but hey the tougher the better.

Just D1 no FCS. I would imagine.

You've got five other conferences left. Assuming full rosters that's 105 x (12+12+8+9+8)=5145
Roughly divided by 2 to account for DST would be another 2600 players into the pool??

Having done one of these in the past the tough part is the size of the player pools because people get complacent with their options rather than actually researching the best players.
