Lately ive noticed that the right side of my chest seems to be getting quite a bit bigger then my left side (vain, yes i know!!) and im aware that not everybody is perfectly symetric but after doing a bit of reading up online i see that alot of people reckon it has someething to do with having a much stronger mind muscle connection to my right chest muscle, does anyone know any more about this? If so how can i go about improving all over mind muscle control and even myself out at all?

If your chest is bigger on one side it is to do with your form. Take a video of your bench press and it should show up where you're going wrong.

Is that really all thats causing it?? Theres so much stuff on the net that contradicts the other im at a loss. Ive always been aware that my right arm is stronger then my left, but yet my left arm is bigger then the right? I read somewhere online that this has something to do with my left shoulder bieng stronger then the other???

Ill take your advice and also ask my friend who has been training me to take a look and see what he thinks!

Take a dumbbell in each hand and see if one side is considerably stronger that the other. If it is then I'd advise benching with dumbbells until the imbalance is redressed.

Do the ribs on one side stick out more or is it def the muscle? I think a side to side curve in the spine can cause this ...

Yes I would think that your left arm is bigger than your right as your left tricep is taking on the extra weight from the left side of your chest being weaker. I'd think that if you look in the mirror, one of your shoulders is very slightly higher than the other too? I'm not a physio nor have I any great knowledge in this area but I've had a similar issue. I think its quite common. But taking a rest from the barbell pressing, and doing dumbell pressing for both your shoulders and chest should help. Also lots of back work.
