Printer wont print

Hi All Im in work and all the computer which are connected to the office printer seemed to have gone offline.. Im sending jobs to print and theres nothing happen? However I can manually copy and scan. Canon CLC-IR C 3220- C2 Someone please help!!!!!!!:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(

What type of network do you have - workgroup or domain?
How is the printer connected - does it plug into a router or into a network socket on wall?

Maybe your company should call their IT support team (or vendor if outsourced)?

Sounds like the Print queue is stalled\paused\frozen.

Delete all print jobs and try a test page.
