serious period pains, no period and not pregnant?

i know im not pregnant cause i havent sex in 6 months:( anyway i have excruciating pain in my abdomen but they are very short and come completely out of the blue. they feel like period pains but i havent had my period in 2 months and the last time i did i was in agony and for 10 days i had to change my tampon every hour…

my periods are usually irregular but its getting much worse and debilitating!

can anyone give me advice please
