Want to lose weight - Advice please!

    I want to lose about 2 stone by the end of August, though I accept this is a bit of a challenge! I have put on a lot (won't say how much) weight in the past year (though I was always overweight), most of that weight has gone on to my breasts, though everywhere has gotten bigger.

    I want advice on a healthy diet and also what cardio and toning to do in the gym (how often etc.) and most importantly how to make my boobs smaller (an unusual request but I have a dress to fit in to!).

    Make sure you eat a breakfast but switch it up a bit. If you having cereal add fruit and that to it. Stay away from frys. Iv just started eating fish only white fish though it really fills me up eat chicken theyre white meat so theyre good for you loads of veg and fruit. try eating before 7.
    Loads of water you actulally wilk start feeling better.

    Go for a fast walk or jog i go just before i want a shower just for 15/20 mins its hard to get into the hang of it but then its grand.
    I do gymnastics so i do excersises for my legs and tummy
    Do half way sit ups and hold it just for a second or two.
    About 20-50 it depends on what shape your in. Hold a plank for half a minute to a minute- this works your whole body. Burpee jumps qih a press up inbetween do about 20-30 of these he whole routine would take roughly 30mins.
    Type it into youtube and you should get a load more ideas
