Changing sleep schedule

    My current cycle is 3am to noon.

    I want to change this to midnight to 8am within 2 weeks but when i try to change i am so tired the first 2 days that i nap when i sit down and fall back into the old cycle.

    any advice or methods? Thanks.

    Try waking up at 11, then 10, then 9 and then 8. You'll get tired that bit earlier naturally, and also resist taking naps during the day, perhaps...
