Strength Training Exercises

Im looking for some good strength training exercisies that I can do from home with minimal equipment. I guess bodyweight exercisies would be best but im considering kettlebells? Dont want to spend too much though.

I currently train in Muay Thai about 3-4 times a week and I run 1-2 times so I mainly want to improve my strength and flexibility to benefit my Muay Thai.

Im not looking to gain much weight but more to tone and also to improve my posture a bit.

Anyone got a link to a blog or anything?

    Cheers

There's a great thread on here called the home workout thread located here:

Kettlebells are a great addition for anyone training at home, as is a chinup bar and some resistance bands. In relation to cost, kettlebells can be slightly expensive but it really is a once off purchase because they last forever if taken care of.

    pistol squats
    one-handed pressups
    pullups

cheat if necessary to complete exercises. abs are worked very well by the first two.

Is the answer "things that 99% of the population can't do"?

Nice selective quoting there. Are you a journalist? :)
