I am just looking for guidance about how much protein supplements I should be taking. I am 24 years of age and weigh 10 stone. I am looking to build muscle and have received a programme from the gym I am attending. The programme works all muscle groups and I spend about 1 hour in the gym 3-4 times a week. I also cycle cycle to work 3 times a week which takes 30 mins each way. How often should I take protein supplements and how much should I take?
    Regards,
    JIM

Lay out your diet in detail, everything that usually passes your lips - you dont nessicarily need to take an. They are a useful tool in an already goal centered diet but remember that whey protein is just another form of dairy, nothing else. They are not a magic pill, just a by product of dairy.
