Help with my exercise routine please

    Hey,

    I'm just looking for a bit of advice from you fitness experts please.

    I had a baby 8 months ago and now I'd really like to lose some weight and get into shape. I have about 2 stone to lose to get to my ideal weight but even if I could lose a stone I'd be delighted :o I want to do this sensibly so I'm trying to eat healthily and exercise.

    I'm on week3 of the couch to 5k and I'm really enjoying it so far. I do that 3 evenings a week and I also do one Zumba class which is great fun. I walk a lot too as I have 2 dogs.

    I feel I should be doing some kind of toning exercises or weights as well to help with the weight loss but I dont really know where to start. I'm talking about squats/situps and that kind of thing. Could anyone recommend a few exercises I could fit into my daily routine along those lines please? Does anyone know of a dvd I could get that could help me with this as I'm a complete beginner when it comes to exercise unfortunately :(
