After too many years of not doing any exercise (strenght training or cardio), I am about to try and pick up where I left off 3 or 4 years ago. The good thing is that I am not overweight or anything like that - if anything I am the opposite and badly need to gain weight being only about 9 stone. I'm in my mid twenties and have loads of spare time so I'm looking to start a fairly ambitious programme. I've had a look through some of the threads here but would appreciate any extra adivce from someone more experienced. I basically want to get fitter but more importantly to get noticably bulkier (not Arnie bulky lol but I suppose to look and feel stronger).

Can anyone recommend some good links (to other threads here or otherwise) that might give me some info on where to begin in terms of nutrition, exercises, how often to work out etc.? Joined a gym recently which is right by my house so at least that commitments made! Cheers.
