Headin Out to the Aul Bingo

It does have to be done, of course. Bingo in the George. A necessity for the discerning LGBTer about town. To that end, McChubbin and I were looking to gather us a posse and perhaps reserve a table in the George for the bingo and possibly drink some gin and wish we were as glam as Shirley and Davina.


EDIT: I was going to add a poll but it's hard. My roster in work is messed up, so after next Sunday I don't know what June is like. So, I was thinking, just to cut the dithering short, does the 29th suit anyone? If it doesn't, then I can put up an actual poll and not an imaginary one with sparkles....:)

EDIT: The 29th of May? Far as I know, I'm free that night.

EDIT 2: Just spoke to my parents. They're not happy about the idea of me going alone to The George and have suggested that they go with me. Cringe. No. Not going to happen. I don't want to have to introduce everyone to my parents- they're breathing down my neck and being clingy again.

There's a possibilty I might be able to go to this. My brother told me not to let my parents get to me so hopefully I'll be able to do the whole "Kthankxbai" shtick of walking out the door.

Far as I know the actual bingo bit starts at about 9, but I haven't been in a looooooong time...

I think I might be going. I've managed to convince my mother to let me off the leash but it's going to take a lot of Budweiser to convince my stepdad. So far, they're discussing it but I have a feeling I'll be going. :D
