right so im 17, 6''0, 75 kgs, BMI 22/23 and finished the leaving cert on the 16th and so researching programs to start once im finished cos i havent done much exercise in general in a while. would you recommend SS to burn fat, increase muscle and to gain all round strenght and then to work on the aesthetics later(abs, arms ect.)? would this be a good program to get full body strenght? what lifts are involved? i have researched it an there's so many results I don't know where to begin. what sets/reps are involved? any general advice on form and nutrition to burn the fat and gain the mucle. also what genera lcardio could i do also ie.treadmill ect and should it be intense seeing as this is supposidly a hard programme on the muscles

any advice and info will be much appreciated cheers

No offence here, but if you researched Starting strength, even a bit, you would know the answer to that question.

    What research have you done?
SS is pretty simple, the lifts and sets/reps are all there is to it.

Goolge it and come back if you have any questions
