How could alcohol effect protein in a way that would cause harm? It's literally the same as having wine and cheese...

Not having a go, just trying to make you see how if you actually think thru things you can probably draw your own conclusion...

This wont do u any harm, however the skinfull of drink will ! Im wondering why you'd be so worried about missing your night time proteen drink after having a few beers?

You say you eat very clean, beer wouldnt help a clean diet ! So if i may suggest the following:

Stay on your diet for 6 days,,, rittually. Then have a day off. On your day off after the pub allow yourself to a chicken curry or chicken kabab, something you'll look forward to once a week which will also give the equivalent of your proteen drink. If your drinking more than one night a week then your diet is not as clean as you may think.

By the way, on the day off eat as you please if your working out hard enough over the other six days it wont have any negative effect on your diet. If however your trying to get ripped, lets say for a summer hol, then the day off is out of the question... You cant have it all unfortunately!
    Hope this helps.

Tried this one night, was one of the first times I started on the whey shakes. By christ the reminiscent smell the next morning would drive camels from the desert. Not to mention the sneaky turtle head that soiled the trunks.

    Fúck me never again.
