I was at work today and had a little brainwave (little brain = little brainwave:D) Just bought these:
    http://www.fitmag.co.uk/fitmag_pro_max_resistance_tube_system.htm

with the intention of rigging them to the power rack for cross overs - only thing I miss from the gym and maybe to help me in my quest to perform my first chinup bar muscle up (saw a 12 yr old girl doing one on youtube and was so depressed ).

Anyone use them with a rack and what would you use them for.

Those are quite light resistance, the highest resistance black one is only rated as giving 10-11kg

The iron woody ones are recommended a lot on forums. http://www.ironwoodyfitness.com/fitness-bands-euro.php

You might get them cheaper elsewhere and there is a risk of customs charging VAT.

I use mountain bike inner tubes as bands

You could get varying tubes, I have about 3-4 tyes, like a racer tube will be far less resistance.

This one has 80% off and is a mountain bike one and is free delivery. http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=48603 I have stood on a single mountain bike tube doing a chinup and it coped fine. If I was using them every workout I would consider the iron woodys though.

Yep the iron woody look like a good buy, might get some depending on how the others work out, ah hindsight is a wonderful thing, good job they didn't break the bank.:D
