Hello , just wondering does anybody know if a patient can have the results of blood tests etc sent to their home address instead of having to pay a doctors fee every time to see their results?.

I know my mum just called and was able to get results over the phone, and then if theres something wrong you might want to see the doc then.

Could you call the GP directly and enquire? I've had results of tests released over the phone without hassle before.

Can only get through to the receptionist and she was ducking and diving , probably under instructions to get people to book an appointment to get their results. Is the patient legally entitled to just go to the clinic and demand that they be given their results?. It gets a bit grating having to pay €150 a month to get results.
