Does cardio be affected by strength/weight???

    hey 1st thread...Iv always wondered when does' or does it ever get to a point when your strength training\ body weight effects your runnning agility/speed ability........

    for example could you lets say be 110 kg+ be strong as a fukin ox(i mean strength and power type training not bodybuilding type training)and still be at the fitness level(cardio)to be just as fit as top soccer players??

    More muscles, means more oxygen is needed.
    There are plenty of big guys with excelant cardio. Cain Velasquez is 110kg+, and has savage cardio. so its "possible"

    But at the same time, different sports/distances have different requiremnets. The most efficient will vary, maraton runners look the way they do for a reason.
