DIT email server down?

    Hi,

    Im wondering does anyone know if the email servers are down in DIT. I am trying to send an email to postgrad@dit.ie to accept an offer, however the email sending fails, and the DIT server rejects the email. The error message is below:

    The error that the other server returned was: 554 554 5.7.1 <postgrad@dit.ie>: Recipient address rejected: Access denied (state 14).

    I have tried using other email accounts and this issue has been occuring since this morning.

    Does anybody know a solution?

    Hi, I know that the DIT email system was changed recently and that my email address changed from @dit.ie to @mydit.ie so maybe the email address that you are trying to send has changed but they didn't tell anyone. It would be like DIT to to that :D

    AFAIK the email address is postgraduate@dit.ie not postgrad@dit.ie
