Hi all, I've been working out a lot in 2011 and I definitly notice a significant improvement in my overall strenght but not much increase in size.

I work out monday to friday breaking my workout into - biceps -back and shoulders - triceps - legs - chest, in that order. generally 45 mins to an hour sessions.

I've been reading up on nutrition and i'm breaking down my 3 big meals into 5 meals.

breakfast - pre workout - post workout - dinner -tea.

Now I have a predicement though, I also have a small gut I'm trying to lose.

So i assume I need to eat lots of the right stuff and cut out all the bad stuff.

Just wondering if anyone can help me/point me somewhere to work out what i should be eating and when!

    Thanks!!
