Hey guys I just thought I would share this very simple and delicious recipe.

    Ingredients:

1 cup of frozen berries (I used strawberries) - 150g
    1 scoop of protein powder - 30g
    some splenda (optional)

    Preparation:

Blend the strawberries using stick mixer attachment. Add the protein powder as soon as they start turning into thick creamy paste. Mix for another minute and its ready to serve!

Calories per serving - 170 kcal

    Protein - 24g
    Fat - 2,4g
    Carbohydrates - 13g

They have consistency of soft served ice cream. I eat them straight away but they can be put into freezer for few minutes.
Honestly they taste just like regular ice cream, you wouldn't notice any difference.

I do this according to a Jamie Oliver recipe using the frozen fruit, natural yoghurt, honey & fresh mint.
So you might like the try the mint as a tasty addition.

I do this and only use fruit and ice, with a good food processor you get a sorbet type end result..that looks yummy tho..does anyone know where u can get a non flavoured protein poweder?

I'd say they would be fine with choc as well. Just taste wise would be like strawberries in chocolate :D

I also made them using raspberries with no problem.

MyProtein or BulkPowders, they sell non flavoured protein. On the pic though, I used banana flavoured protein and turned out great taste wise!
