transferring pst files over a network between 2 pcs?

Do you already have a network ?

Otherwise you have to make one.

If once off then use a USB key.

You can't copy or backup a PST while it's opened by outlook

which version of windows / outlook / how big are the PST's / how often do you want to copy them

BTW microsoft don't support PST's running on a network , recommended limit is 500MB , bigger ones break more often and take longer to repair so the down time increases exponentially
