I am right handed and my left arm is a good bit smaller and weaker. I have only started back training recently and it is very frustrating when I bicep curl on my right I feel it but then I use my left arm and feel it in my forearm mostly and in my shoulder a small bit. Its like my muscle is broken. This is getting on my nerves a lot recently so if you have any help at all please tell me. Thanks

Try a few sets of concentration curls for the left arm at the start

You're right-handed so presumably you tend to hold things with your stronger hand, and this frequesnt "grip work" means the forearm on that side is going to be stronger. I'd say your weak left-handed grip is causing your forearms to fatigue and give out before you feel the burn in your bicep. Your muscle is not broken. There is no possible way to perform a curl without engaging the bicep.

Pull ups are one of the best exercises for developing the forearms. You can by a door-mounted pull up bar for twenty quid and it just pops on and off the frame whenever you like without doing any damage. Get one. It should be a mandatory law that every household in the country possess one.
