UPC Digital + Box

    I have changed my UPC package to firbre power ultimate.
    I have the new recording digital box being delivered tome at work tomorow morning. Just got a call from the courier saying they will deliver the new box to me tomorrow. Im too give them my old box. Do i need to give them the box im useing now or the other same box as im useing but not in use box, Dont want to give up this working box until i no this new digital box is working. I found a ntl box same as im useing now years ago in a skip and thought i could use it lol, thinking of giving them that.
    Will they want my card as well?
    I thought someone had to come round to instal the upc digital+ box.

    If they're delivering it to you, that means that you selected self-install, which is why nobody is coming to install it.

    Yes, you will have to return your existing digital box. Don't worry, the new one will work.
