I'm drinking plenty of water, eating homemade soups and salads and walking 30 mins a day. I still feel hungry!

I need ideas for meals that are healthy and will fill me up!

Does anyone have a diet meal plan?

If you are hungry you are most likely not eating enough. feeling a little hunger is one thing but if you are becomeing ravenous a few times a day, you need more cals.

What's you current daily diet in detail like, everything food and drink wise? What height are you, and weight?

Breakfast~ Coffee with skimmed milk/Nutri-grain bar or 2 slices wholegrain toast with low fat spread.

Lunch~ Homemade broccoli soup with 2 slices wholegrain bread, water.

Dinner (6pm) ~ Oven baked chicken breast with salad and fat free vinaigrette, water.

I've cut my coffee intake right down and replaced it with water. I'm drinking approx 1.5L per day.

This is only day 4 and the above was yesterday's meals. I was advised not to eat after 6pm so by bedtime I'm really hungry...

I've cut out pasta, rice and potatoes. I'm wondering if I should have?

I have 2 glasses of wine each night (my treat) I'm 47...5'6"...10st 14lbs. I've lost 4lbs in the last few days.

    I walk a brisk 30mins each evening.

    Thanks for your help :)

    Diet isn't great.

BF: Nutrigrain's are processed crap full of sugar, Toast isn't much better. Thats prob 220-300 cals depending on size of slices. Today I had Two boiled eggs and 3 slices of bacon, much nicer and less than 300 cals. you could meet in the middle too, 1 toast, 1 egg, 1 or 2 slices bacon

Lunch: I imagine Broccolli soup is very low in calories. Prob some vitamins there, but adding bread is not the best option. I'd prefer a protein source. Make it chicken/turkey and brocolli bake or have some tuna on the side of the soup

Dinner: Look ok, make sure there are plenty of variety of colours in the salad and not just a bowl of lettuce.

All in you aren't getting any protein outside of dinner, the bulk of your days calories come from bread. The changes above would make in much more balanced imo

Who told you that, did they say why?
You are eating very little there is nothign wrong with having a small snack later on.

Re. Eating late at night....I googled it but like you say, a healthy snack wouldnt hurt .

    So here's todays menu plan:

Breakfast ~ Coffee with low-fat milk, grapes, banana and water

Lunch ~ Homemade cauliflower soup with tuna on side, water.

Dinner ~ Baked chicken with mixed salad leaves, sliced peppers, cucumber, grated carrot and light mayo. Water.

Supper ~ Veg sticks with dip. 2 glasses wine :)
