Getting fit (with the help of a Philips Activa)

It's a great little device really, I really recommend it. It not only records your performance for review later on the PC, but has around 3.5 gigs of space for music, which really keeps me going.
So I went out for a very short run today. I took a screengrab of my performance that the Activa recorded.
That huge dip was when it was raining and I was under a tree :P (which also explains the time, by the way
). I'm going back out for a run tomorrow, and will probably drop by L.A. fitness, I bought six weeks membership with them through citydeals a week or two ago.
