Baseically having alot of pain in my lower legs, between my shins and ankles, someone said they are "shin splints"

The story.Ok i am very active,i football training twice to 3 times a week mostly like 2 hours hard club training and then a match about once a week, also in the gym 2 nites but is mostly upper body weights so can't see that being a problem,i am putting it down to the hard ground,Thing is i don't want to take a break or i will loose my spot on the team,so is it like a physio session i can do or some kind of supplement i can take,

We don't really have a team physio so have nobody to ask about it.

Where exactly is the pain. Closer to the inside or outside etc. Need a bit more detail to give advice. its impossible to diagnose without seeing it so i recommend going to a physio or physical therapist

Noone here is a doc or physio, and even if they were, they cant see your legs. You need real world advice on this one.
