Well I'm what you would call a hard gainer or ectomorph. Basically I have been trying my hardest the last few weeks to put on the weight. I've went up a lot in weight but wouldn't say all of it is muscle. Anyway I've been lifting heavy but unfortunately I pulled a muscle and haven't been to the gym in almost two weeks. The doctor said to give it another week but I have a feeling it will take a lot longer.

To my point, I'm going away for the summer but when I get back I really want to start focusing on bulking up and getting the body I want. I feel I cannot do this with out some sort of help. I would really like to have a gym buddy to help me. I would like to know how to do exercise properly. Does anyone know any gyms where there is good instructors, weight training classes. I'm in DCU at the minute and I really think it sucks. They don't offer any type of program. I was planning on joining Westwood again, when I get back(Although it is extremely expensive). Anyone have any advice here.

If your a student in DCU there's an olympic weightlifting club that should be training through the summer on campus.
