    Ideal weight for who? I think that guy looks skinny. Maybe even a bit puny :D

    Hi OP, do you know what age the guy is - looks like a body of a guy in his late teens/early 20's??? Skinny alright - but i wouldnt say underweight!

    Looks very like I did (even down to the hair colour and choice of underpants!) before I took up weight training in my mid 20s. I was slightly leaner around the midsection than him with a hint of a six pack. I was 9.5 stone @ 5 foot 9.5. that works out as a BMI of 19.9.
