From reading a lot of threads on Boards I see that there are a lot of people abroad, with either work or study etc.

Myself...I'm in Glasgow studying. How about you Boardsies, which country/place are you in and what has you there?

Just finished a load out from a gig in Vienna, on the bus and on to the next one tomorrow. Normally Ljubljana, and hope to make a trip back to the old sod for a pint soon. :)

Me: "Just over to some fella's apartment."
    Her: "Who!?!"
Me: "I've no fùckin' idea, lol..........."

I am currently pretending to work in my office in Melbourne Australia. I’ve been here two years since Friday just gone should be home for a visit at Christmas. I don’t know how long I'll live here or where I’ll go if I do move but I'm happy here at the moment and you can’t ask for much more then that really.

Cannot stand LBC, every single presenter really loves the sound of their own voice, especially the mid afternoon, middle aged, upper middle class sounding woman! :pac:

I'm at work in Wellington, New Zealand.

Funnily enough, today is exactly three years since I arrived which is quite scary. I've been working longer in NZ than I did in Dublin.

I am about 1,000 klm north of you ,living and semi- retired in Chiang Mai .The rainy season has really started up here ,with heavy rains for an hour or so every day between the sunshine .
I have been to Samui around 5 times .My favourite beach there is Lamai ,rather than Cheweng ,where most people go to .
Yes watch out for the sun .The first time i went to Asia ( Bali) i got badly sunburned .

ps ,Tropical Murphys bar ,Cheweng used to have good Guinness when i was there .
