Digiweb Hosting Performance

Hey, does anyone find the digiweb advanced windows hosting very slow for joomla sites, or any sites for that matter? it seems anything that requires attaching to a mysql database seems to be terribly slow, ive also found theyr support not really willing to do very much or not responding to email?
