Looking for a good muscle gain Supplement. I want to build mass and tone. I eat well and try to avoid bad foods but I'm not too strict! I'm 6ft and 13st 10.

I do have protein shakes which are: 3 shakes a day (on training days) and 1 or 2 shakes on non-training days, in each shake I have 2 scoops of ON 100% gold standard whey (48gms of protein - 144gms a in 3 shakes) I have 5gms of Creatine monohydrate in 2 of these when training and usually just one when i'm not.

I'm just wondering if this is a good mix. I'm mixing this with 3 good hard weights days and I play football at the weekends.

Any advice on what i could be doing different in terms of supplements? is the above ok, too much, too little. Thanks, any advice is appreciated.

Personally, I think a bit much, unless you have a lot of weight to gain. Most people find that one shake after lifting (and ON Whey is a good brand) and perhaps one other is plenty.

What is the rest of your food like? What are your stats, and what are you hoping to gain?
