Are there any juices without Aspartame?

    Hi Folks,

I was wondering if anyone here could tell me of any juices / cordial / dilutes that are free from Aspartame and other preservatives and where to purchase them?

I went into my local Tesco today and I couldn't find a single cordial product that didn't contain aspartame. Nearly all of their juice extracts had aspartame in them aswell, the only drinks that seem to be free of it are drinks loaded up on sugar anyway.

Any and all feedback welcome :-)

    Dave

As far as I can see, all of the low in sugar ones contain aspartame. Give me sugar any day!

According to the ingredients on the website and on Tesco.ie, it really is just orange juice, you can get it with or without bits. The nutritional info is on tescos too, 9.9g carbs per 100ml but no specific listing for sugar so it seems good.

Yeah, most cordials are trash. I always have lemons and limes in the fridge. I just add a quarter of a lemon and a lime to a pint glass (squish them in) of water. Yum. If I have sparkling water I add the lemon and lime to that. I don't have a sweet tooth so I don't mind that it's not sweet.

Vit-Hit is a kind of juice/punch that's sweetened with splenda. Best I've seen out there.

The mandarin with green tea one is yummy and not too sweet.

We have those in work and i am starting to get a little addicted to it. It can be 24degrees at the reception area and then if you are teaching classes in the pool area, the air temp is closer to 30 and so you need a LOT of water, so been drinking too much berry vit hit, breaks the monotony of water.

My local health food shop stocks it intermittently so I don't have access to it all the time, thank god!

It's not a healthfood or anything but it's way better than anything else I've seen.

It makes a change from the plain old water - literally, working 7-2 today, went through 6 litres of water ( I kid you not). noce to have 2 500ml bottles of this (free for me btw - 2e otherwise!). You get to a point when you need to hydrate so much that water becomes unbearable, but the Vit hit, hits the hydrating spot in between chugs of ****ing water
