    It does the job. I would remove the change font-size buttons and re-format the cv qualifications section. The text on the right looks a bit squished.

    Visually, it's a bit too bare and minimal.
    SEO could do with a lot of improvement.
    Could do with postal address and email.
    I wouldn't use spaces in filenames.
    Homepage Flash could be replaced by a jQuery version.
    Inline styling used especially for headings which is bad practice and bad for SEO.

    A big part of the reason people contribute their time and give advice is because it helps other people who may be reading the forum, as well as the person asking the advice.

    Removing the link after advice has been given (especially without giving a reason) makes the whole thing a bit pointless and a bit of a waste of the contributors time.
