Im currently working out 30mins every second day, rest day in between. Basically doing dumbell exercises. Lifting roughly 15kg per dunbell and getting some results.
However im thinking of upping it to 2 days in a row with day 3 off then repeat. Does this sound too much? I know about rest days but Im leading a very quiet life atm and I feel my body gets enough rest as it is!
    Thanks

It depends on your exercise choice, intensity and volume of training. I'm assuming you are training whole body on one workout. In this case you would need at least a day off.

What you could do is to split your body in half and train it on monday, then do your other half on tuesday. Have a day off on wednesday and repeat.

If you feel like you're sufficiently recovered i say go for it.

What does this mean? Are you using the same weight dumbbells for everything? That would be pretty pointless, check out this Dumbbell and Barbell split anyway, you can take rest days off inbetween if you want to, but it hits every muscle hard once/twice a week.
