Can anyone tell me what icon this is on the task bar. When I run the mouse over it there is no info on it. When I click on it nothing happens. Cant remember if it was there before I upgraded to Explorer 9. Thanks

Looks like a camera icon.. Did you install any digital camera software?

Also what happens when you RIGHT click on the icon?

Whatever is running to give you that icon will most likely be listed under Startup tab when you run MSCONFIG. (MSCONFIG can be run from the Command Prompt)

get process explorer to see what is running in the background , it's may be in the list

autoruns is also good

both are from sysinternals microsoft
