Why can't I clench my fist?!

I'm 28, female and for the last few days I've noticed my hands are super super weak. I can't clench my fists?! Or grip a pen hard.. Nothing else is wrong except I'm very tired, which is nothing out of the ordinary for me. Has anyone else experienced this?!?!? It's starting to worry me :(

You seem to need proper medical advice, and apologies but you cant get that here. A visit to your gp should set your mind at ease.
