Quick question. I played two games of football yesterday (astro league) and my legs and thighs are really aching and tight today. Is it ok to use a foam roll on these and would it help? If so, it's gonna be sore!

    Thanks

yeah it should definitely be beneficial- itll help loosen out the muscles and increase the bloodflow to the area so should speed up recovery.
Cant imagine it could be that sore though, Ive always used pvc pipe normally and was surprised how gentle the foam roller was the 1 time I used it.
Anyway-pain is merely weakness leaving the body!! :D
