Low carb on my fitness pal

I've set up a profile on my fitness pal and i'm trying to use the food diary on it. I want to try to stay low carb but when i set up my profile it gave me specific food goals like 1200 calories 165 carbs 40 fat and 45 protein.

Now i take it that it means grams in those stats but if i'm doing low carb high fat these wouldn't work would they? what should i be aiming at? I'm female 5ft 6'' and 11stone 6 and trying to drop to 9.5/10stone if possible.

Also when i ad in my excercise it increases my calorie allowance is it bad to ignore this and stick with the 1200 calories only or is this too much anyway?

Just look at your running totals and ignore the little graph about how well you are doing on the carb intake.

And yes, I reckon that 1200 is low enough that you need to increase your calories to take account of your exercise.
