    Well Folks,

Apologies if this has been asked before, I've searched and I don't think it has.

I am 26 year old Male, 90KG, 6"2, playing sport at a competitive level. I'm looking for something that as far as I can see doesn't exist and I was hoping someone here might be able to help me find it.

I'm big into trying to reach my RDA levels on my vitamins, minerals and core requirements such as protein and carbs.

What I'm looking for is some sort of website that A) Knows the full list of vitamins\minerals etc... that I need based on the details I mentioned above, (If it could tell me what each one was required for all the better). Then B) would take that information and give me a 5-8 meal plan that would let me hit (and not go over) those requirements each day. And then C) from that list of foods, give me a shopping list for the week. That way I can go to the shop, pick up what I need for the week and away I go.

I know I'm shooting for the stars but maybe if I miss I might land on the moon? :D

    try www.sparkpeople.com

it's a weightloss site, but it's big on nitrition and health in general, if you get an account for free like, you can see your recommended yolks. I'm bad at explaining! But check it out, sure :)

Thanks Many! That was quick! I'll have a look now. I meant to say, I found this US Government site that checked some of the boxes but wasn't as tailored as I'd like, here it is

Cron-o-meter is the best one if you want to get seriously nerdy with your vitamins and minerals.

    http://cronometer.com/

It's a desktop app which I like as it's much faster.

It also has a breakdown of omega 6/3 and you can set nutrient goals for yourself.

Also a nice breakdown of amino acids and extensive mineral data.

Downsides: Only american foods but I get around this with custom foods that I get the nutrient data on from nutritiondata.com. No differentiation between K2 and K1.

Nutrition tip: Eat 150g of liver once a week. It's natures multivitamin.
