Ok so Im trying to lose a few pounds, nothing drastic, just about 5-7lbs and today what I ate (throughout the day but not including breakfast or dinner) was:
    - x2 apples
    - medium sized carrot & tbsp of hummous
    - x2 tomatoes & tbsp of olive oil & 20g feta cheese
    - 270g of grapes (aprox)
    - tbsp of peanut butter

I don't usually only eat fruit + veg but I seem to feel better after having a day like this a week, I feel revitalised (however cheesy that sounds)!

Could anyone estimate the amount of calories in the above food, I've tried myself but I have no idea whatsoever whether it's right or even close to correct.

Thanks so much if you can give me an answer/guess! :)

    Say 100 (2 apples) + 160 (your grapes) + 55 (20g Feta cheese) + 45 (2 tomatos) + 25 (medium carrot) + 120 (tbsp olive oil) + 95 (tbsp peanut butter) + 30 (hummus) = 630.
