Hi, I am on a diet for the last month. At the beginning I was 85.1kg and i'm now i'm down too 75.4kg. I was just wondering with what I'm eating could anyone advice me on what I should add too it that I would need that I am missing on a daily basis as I want too level off my weight so can afford a bit of extra food every day now, should I try add fruit during the day?
I'm eating grilled chicken fillets, boiled eggs (whole egg not just the white) and potato's for dinner and for breakfast and tea I would have a bowl of cereal (low fat milk and wheatabix or cornflakes) or brown toast and tea. I've been drinking plenty of water also and i'm a 26 year old guy if that makes a difference.

Definitely add vegetables as well as some fruit, and more veg than fruit. Potatoes don't count as vegetables.

Try throwing some fish and veg or salad into your lunch. Cereal, even with low fat milk, has more calories than you'd think unless you are draconian with your measuring, and for those calories, you can have a decent sized bit of fish and salad.
