The first 10 days? According to the website, you should only stay on it for 7 days. How long were you on it?

Are you looking for another crash diet or just a discussion on how idiotic and stupid crash diets are and how crash diets always lead to weight re gain like in your case?

Just curious. This forum's for promoting decent eating, not how to lose a stone in a week. To me, the choice is easy. Crash diet, be misreable, cranky and have no life or have a life, create an easy deficit and lose the weight and keep it off.

From someone who's lost 6 stone here too btw and kept it off years later.

Exactly, the sad part is though you know there are people reading this thread going to themselves "Wow, a stone in 10 days! Im going to do that as well but ill keep the weight off."

Crash dieting is bad news. I was watching a program on channel 4 that had 3 different people on ridiculous diets, they were cabbage soup, Cambridge and maple syrup. They each lost a few pounds of course because they were obese, they also lost hair, became constipated, had to be monitored closely by Dr's, felt nauseas and lightheaded.

All that for 14 pounds they were undoubtedly going to put back on? People need to wise up and start looking after their health.

correct,i never see the rush in losing weight anyway,if your serious give yourself about 12 months and do it proper.

the only reason i lost the weight i think was i was obese and it's easy lose the first 20 pounds or so.Im back up to where i was but im going to really go at it from now on. my BMI is 33 and im feeling tightness in my chest lately.Bad pains in my heart and just general unfitness.Time for action now

if people valued their health first and foremost, every thing else will fall into place in time. Yes, we all have aesthetic goals, but, from my own experience, the minute i started focusing more on my over all health - decent food, making more effort for sleep and recovery and forcing myself to be more positive, i feel much much much more better and happier.

Cabbage soup is really good to weight loss but people avoid the use of the Cabbage soup because of its taste..
