being gentle here now so here are the facts and please remember these apply to EVERYONE that needs to drop a significant amount of weight -

    1. You say you are active - you are not active enough as if you were you would be at your ideal weight. Move way more, do weights (start with body weight) and be consistent

    2. You eat healthy most times - nooooo you don't because again if you did eat MOST times you would not be looking to drop 50lbs. Whats more likely is that you eat what you think is healthy and not what is actually healthy (post up your diet as that helps lots) or you eat well for a day and then blow it all the following day thus leaving you at the same weight. So overall you eat well now and again and you are not consistent enough to see progress yet

    3. you deserve to be what ever weight you want to be - this point is critical. Weight loss need not be a battle. You can and will be in what ever shape and size you want to be so long as you hold yourself to a high enough standard. I have clients that cant bare to be 5lbs over their ideal so it really comes down to what you value in life i.e. do you value feeling great and looking your best or the empty feeling you get after eating junk?

Best of luck and I can't give you the magic bullet solution to transforming your body and mind. You have to decide that you want it enough and for the love of god enjoy the process.
