    Im Going On Holidays In 4 Months As I Am Over Weight Im Trying To Drop 3 Maybe 4 Stone,I Have Started Doing 45 Minute Toning && 45 Minute Muscle Workouts A Day && Eating Healthy.!.As Iv Low Self Esteem && Crappy Motivation I Was Just Wondering If There Was Any Ideas Or Tips On A Great Way To Losing The Weight But Keeping It Of...If Any Body Is Trying To Do The Same You Could Possibly Private Message Me (:

    read the stickies and keep in mind that even with a small amount of exercise and being excellent with your nutrition you can drop plenty of weight but bugger all is going to happen if you think bagels, pasta, lots and lots of fruit and eating low fat is the way to go.
