So i've been doing a little research and it seems most fodds are to be eliminated for the 6 weeks; dairy, wheat, honey, oranges the list goes on...etc lets just say my head is about to explode with the pressure/headaches, i have to try it, does anyone have info or a plan of what i can eat...........all advice greatly appreciated......:D

Take a look at any of the very low carb diets, like Atkins induction. They are all suitable for you. Basic meals are eggs for breakfast, fish and salad and olive oil dressing for lunch, chicken or beef or other meat and green veg for dinner. Supplement with coconut oil, which is great for anti-fungal and general health.

No sugar, bread, pasta, rice, potato, root veg, fruit or fruit juice, milk (but cream and butter are allowed), cakes, biscuits, alcohol, cereals. Some raw yogurt is allowed.

It's not the most exciting diet, but you can definitely live on it for a few weeks without going hungry. If you go get hungry, increase your fats. Don't try to do this low fat or you will starve.

Did you ever try the NeilMed sinus rinse? I had a friend who's a nurse who suffered chronic sinus infections for years and a few rinses sorted it out.

It's just bicarb of soda which is fungicidal.

Going to give the neilmed a go, but not been smart, but is there any site to get actual plans of what to eat, for example breakfast, i can eat eggs, at the beginning i cant have yogurt i think, so after that i'm just at a loss, normally i'd have thoast/cereal/porridge with milk-a bit warm for that these days or a fruit drink............i'm like a bear at the minute with the pain  i'll pick up the neilmed hopefully tomorrow and see, in the mean time i'll keep browsing for ideas

You poor thing, sounds awful. To be honest I dunno if a certain diet is going to give you the quick relief your seeking, often takes a good month for dietary changes to kick in. But no harm in just focusing your diet on unprocessed one ingredient foods for a while to lower inflammation. Stay away from veg oils like sunflower oil though, they'll increase inflammation.
