Bootcamp Sillorgan/Blackrock area

Afternoon all,

doing a bit of running but i think i could do with a more structured and challenging approach to my fitness, some sort of bootcamp would probably be the way to go.

Can anyone recommend somewhere good near stillorgan or blackrock in DUblin ?

Also are they normally more female than male based? i dont want to be the only lad there!

Brother in law gave me this link via Facebook, it's not a boot camp but might be worth a look if you don't find a suitable boot camp close to you.

Guy calls out to you with Kettlebells and goes through 6 x 40 minute workouts with you in your home. Not a bad deal for the offer price IMO.

Once you are familiar with using KB's, you could check out www.myomytv.com[.url] for a selection of good workouts which can be done at home which utilise body weight and KB exercises.
