Anabolic muscle fuel USN .. dosage

    Hey

    Well I recently got back into training after a bif of a stint of down time due to patella tendinitus. Eventualy over come this I think by gentle exersize and a high intake of bio oils (picked them up in tony quinn) and havnt looked back. Unsure if long dosage is bad but something to look into .. anyone any info ? (think i also brought on my knee injury due to incorrect use of leg weight exersizes and over excursion via weights, hiking, biking)
    any way all that aside I took up golf (to get me walking) and started my weight trainging again .. havnt had any flair up,s just very mild iritation iun the knee but it settles very quickly .. how ever am afraid to push the boat out to far and be back to the bad scale of the pain barrier.

    anyway my question is .. I buy my shakes from a shop in swords, I came acroos USN anabolic muscle fuel .. I usually start with trinity or cyclone but this is new so thought id give it a go .. But when I look at the tub .. seeing anabolic in large letters is a bit daunting .. is this stuff okay? Recently talking to a nurse who says avoid all shakes and high protein as it can do irverisible damage to kidneys and liver .. but so does booze .. just curious how much is ok to use .. when i was using syntha 6 i took in before / after training and that night and maybe a small shake in the morning .. only ever experienced dry tonge and bad bad wind but am only taking the USN after training and maybe a protein bar at night and a high protein diet (again advised not good by a nurse :mad: so is it okay to carry on this way or go back to big loads of the shakes ? i try get 1g of pretein per kilo.. am 91kg,s but maybe id take a differnt shake at night and on rest days as the USN is fairly carby ..

    any help . tips appreicadted. thanks, just dont want to be doing harm to my self without knoing

    Don't worry about it. They put that stuff on the packaging to make it sell more units because people think it has some drug like property. It obviously worked :D

    'Anabolic' literally just means muscle being built out of protein/amino acids. Steroids increase the rate at which it occurs, but its also a normal and healthy process that occurs anyway.

    Try to avoid listening to her. On anything. She doesn't know what she's talking about.

    My 2c.......Only recently back training, should you not be upping your intake of milk and chicken sandwiches before resorting to protein powder? Supplements are supplementary like.

    It's just marketing, food, in general, is anabolic.
    THe shakes are jsut a food.


    Your nurse friend hasn't got a clue what she is talking about. Does she advise not to eat meat or drink milk as well :pac:

    Can I just point out that all of youre supplement choices to date have been rubish.

    1gram protein per kilo bodyweight??? Errrr, try 1gram per pound.

    And anyway, weightgainers?? Really?! What about eating more food?

    300 gr a day at 80 kg for a long time.

    Side effects:
    -got stronger
    -stayed leaner
    -got bigger.

    Without altering my carb intake which is moderate to high.
